Lisa Beamer, Todd Beamer’s wife, did not remarry. Morgan, the couple’s third child, was five months pregnant when the 9/11 attacks took place, according to Lisa Beamer. After their father passed away, Lisa Beamer raised the couple’s three kids by herself.
To help children who lost a parent in the 9/11 attacks, Lisa Beamer founded the Todd Beamer Foundation soon after the attacks. The words “Let’s Roll,” which her husband Todd exclaimed before storming the cockpit to thwart the terrorists, were also trademarked by her. Beamer also published a book about Todd and Lisa’s life before and after the accident, “Let’s Roll! : Ordinary People, Extraordinary Courage.”
